With a specialty in hair extensions, bridal services, and creating a business I’m passionate about, I’ve scaled a seven-figure salon from the ground up. Along the way, I learned what it takes to grow sustainably, even through the toughest challenges.

My Journey
I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, overcoming many obstacles along the way. Early on, I struggled with self-worth, a lack of direction, and not having the right tools or resources. But I persevered, became deeply committed to education, and ultimately created a career and life I love. I believe you can too!
Since becoming a salon owner in 2016 and an educator in 2006, I’ve had the privilege of learning from the best. I studied at the Redken Exchange in NYC and Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, and trained with celebrity artists and top business coaches. As the first recipient of the Leo Passage Award, I’ve also won multiple photoshoot competitions and scholarships. My journey has taken me across the U.S. teaching with major haircare brands, guest-starring in beauty schools and salons, and building an award-winning bridal company and salon.
My mission is to make a lasting impact in the beauty industry—empowering, inspiring, and educating salon owners and beauty professionals through my salon, the Beauty Business Game-Changer podcast, and my educational workshops.
